The Grand Hall and stage
Beneath the glass roof, the Grand Hall reveals all the theatrical character of ALCAZAR.
It can accommodate up to 180 seated guests and offers the possibility of creating a private dinner show, reception, client evening or event combining dining and artistic performances.
The stage, monumental staircase, glass roof and volumes of the ground floor provide numerous possibilities for structuring the different moments of the event.
The whole of ALCAZAR
By combining the ground and first floors, the house can accommodate up to 300 seated guests or 460 standing guests.
This configuration allows an event to move between several atmospheres: welcoming guests over a drink, dinner in the Grand Hall, a presentation, music, movement towards the bars and an extension of the evening upstairs.
The Salon Céleste
More intimate, the Salon Céleste accommodates up to 30 seated guests or 40 standing.
Its more subdued atmosphere is suited to private dinners, cocktails, professional gatherings, presentations and smaller-scale receptions.
The Alcoves
Accommodating up to 8 guests, the Alcoves offer an intimate setting for dinner with friends, a celebration or a small group wishing to keep their conversations private while remaining at the heart of the house.
The Grand Bar and Mezzanine
On the ground floor, the Grand Bar accompanies arrivals, cocktail receptions and reunions.
Upstairs, the Mezzanine and its bar offer a more intimate atmosphere in which to continue conversations while experiencing the overall energy of ALCAZAR from slightly further back.
Both spaces can play a part in a larger private hire, allowing the evening to flow between different atmospheres.
